It is more than just a book of recipes. I love the spiritual connection with the food and the author. These dishes are also very popular with my friends and family
I must admit this is one of the best cookbooks I have ever used. The recipes are superb and provide excellent results! Joanna Smith provides a great collection of superb Moravian recipes that we have tried to the delight of our family and friends! Bravo to Ms. Smith! Job well done!
If you love traditional cooking then this book is for you. Your mouth will water from cover to cover. The recipes are timeless and the photos are delicious. I recommend this book to any cook that loves cooking breads!!!!!
